At 740 Nails by Kay, your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a courtesy to both your nail technician and other clients, please review the following policy:
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours’ notice is required.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify me:
• A 100% charge of the scheduled service will be applied.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the late cancellation fee.
